fully dry,maintain a certain amount of heat,make the sand cores out of gas smoothly,conducive to pouring exhaust.

Because the thermal work equivalent air is a continuous flow of hot ai,because the various heating surfaces in the cavity are very uniform,the

temperature difference is small,the sand mold and mud core will not deform and crack,so that the quality of casting casting is guaranteed.

Hot air stove can be controlled automatically in normal operation.The whole heating process is from low temperature to high temperature step by step,and the suitable temperature in the mould cavity can be controlled according to the requirements of pouring process to ensure the pouring quality.
