Zirconia ceramic foam filter is the most powerful and effective filtration technology to ensure high quality castings for molten steel metal industry. It apply to purge solution of carbon steel, steel alloy and stainless steel, it can endure require of technology of steel and get rid of foreign matter and materials of corroded model. It can also drop turbulent and reduce twice oxided foreign matter.

 

Zirconia ceramic foam cast filter is made from zironcia- toughened alumina (AI2O3). زیرکونیا

ceramic foam filters is cream in color with no chemical binders. It has strong resistance against thermal shock and has proven effective at pouring temperatures up to 1700 。C . It is for in-mold, tundish, pouring cup or baffle-type filtration.
